Need help with my tachometer..

Car: 1990 Nissan 300zx

Hi there!I own a 1990 Nissan 300zx N/T. Everything on the the cluster works fine (gas, speedometer, temp, oil pressure, etc...) except the tachometer. I replaced the whole cluster thinking that was the issue, but the problem remains. Can anybody help me fix this issue?
