Need advice with my suspentionI just got nice 18's for my car and am going to lower my car and also need a brake job as well. I was wondering if i should go all out or just go cheap. My friend who owns a 94 supra and does all his work on his car is going to do the work with me.

1st option(all out)i am going to get Brembo (brake rotors)sports Disc kit for $230 each(2), also get Eibach Pro kit springs for $200,

2nd option(cheaper)get stock brake pads for like $100, and also get the Eibach Prokit springs for $200, and also get caliper paint so it looks good for like $30

with the brembo is all done and itll last me longer. I also need to know if anyone knows if ill need new shocks and if my stock ones which havent been replaced will last. Does anyone know where i can good parts for my car and what parts do you suggest?WHere can i also get a repair manual for my car?

Check with Southwest Autoworks (<-----) for your Eibach's and shocks. Alex has some screaming deals for NICO members.

Stock pads should be fine for the I... Save your $$$ for shocks, as you'll need them with the new springs.

Factory parts can be gotten from Joe at http://www.infinitipartsusa.com , great discounts for NICO members. He may also have the factory service manual for your car. Email me and I'll ask him (I see him daily as we work together.:D)

Depending on spring stiffness [lowering amount] aftermarket springs can destroy shocks in half the oem standard time or less.

Don't expect even premium shocks to last more than a few years.Expensive custom coil overs [$1500-$2000] are different as the shock matches the spring.

Brembo has different grades [metal quality] of rotors [most available for under $100 each are] for the oem replacement market so cost are kept low.

Pretty much all rotors seem to last 40,000 miles with correct pads and maintenance..............roughly what the shocks last.
