need help with my sr!!!

i have a red top sr20 and im having issues with it and i hope some one can help me figure out what could be wrong with it. The first one is that my 4th gear pops out when i let of the gas and the other one is that the car shuts off when i put the car in neutral above 40mph. I would appreciate any help from you guys!thank you.
