Need help with my SR.

the past couple of days when on the highway my car has been shaking when I floor it. It feels like its slipping or loosing power and the rpm needle just hops up and down.. Is this a sign of new clutch??

Im not sure at all.. At first thats what I thought.. but it has been backfiring alot lately so im pretty sure theres a leak somewhere.. How will I know if i need a new clutch??

when my clutch slips the rpms just go up it doesnt jump around or anything...stock maxima clutch

Start by doing the free things first...

Check all your vaccum lines and make sure you don't have a leak there.

Check your spark plugs and see what's the gap on them and the coloring. Other than that it sounds more like a boost/vacuum leak.
