need help with my alarm!

i bought my car with a clifford alarm system made by directed electronics...

and it WAS working fine with a basic lock and unlock setup... and now when i push the lock button the doors dont lock, but after like 3 seconds the remote goes BEEPBEEP BEEPBEEP BEEPBEEP...

HOW CAN I FIX IT? its got full bat.

Check if the battery in the remote is installed backwards and/or try another battery.

nop... just checked and it is the right way... and i was reading the manual and is confusing as hell...
