need help with my 2014 x trail please

Hey everyone

I have a 2014 rogue xtrail and my passenger side mirror blinker light does not work. I think the leds are blown is there anyway to check that. also is there a replacement for it. Instead of going to nissan and replacing the whole mirror unit for 450 bucks. Any help and links would be much appreciated. Thank you everyone for your time. Not sure where you are located since it's an Xtrail instead of a Rogue so I assume you are outside the US.

How long is the warranty where you live? Here it's 3 years so you may still be covered. Check that first, you may be surprised.

xtrail with what engine and transmission package? Just curious. You might check eBay, amazon or alibaba, or call one of your local parts stores and check.

As far as I know and after looking through the FSM the LED's for the Side View Mirror Turn Signal appear to be soildered to the circuit board inside the lens and are not individually replaceable. There are only 2 led's in there at the extreme ends of the lens. Your best bet would be a warrenty repair or try a salvage yard for the mirror and take the led's/circuit board from it. Other than that your only option would be a dealer repair. Hope this helps. A last resort would be if you know someone whio is tech savy.

Sorry about the info I gave everyone. Its just a 2014 rogue. Not the select body style the other style. My mirror blinker light just doesnt work anymore out of no where. I would like to get it fixed or replaced but cant find the part anywhere. Maynardo my warranty expired already at 36k sucks because i just got the vehicle and only had 1500 miles left on the bumper to bumper warranty. it expired 200 miles after the warranty went. Im in the US by the way in FL. Thanks Ken I have been searching for the mirror from salvage yards but no luck. I know the whole mirror needs to be replaced now but doesnt matter the color because the front of it pops off like a cover so thats a plus. I dont have to get it painted. Still searching for other options as well thanks everyone for the responses.

So when the bulbs "burn out" or fault we cannot replace them without changing the whole mirror? Please tell me I'm wrong or else this is another Nissan trap for $.

yea its pretty messed up. Nissan said they had to replace the whole unit which was like 350 or something like that and they would have to charge another 150 to paint them. which is nonsense because you can pop the front covers of the mirror they are just secured by clips.

Maybe try Courtsey parts spares or a junk yard..

I think that might just be the clear lens which is not what he needs...

True, it may well be, but the guys there know what they are doing, so Id still reccomend calling them...
