Need help with making oil feed line for topmount

Does anyone have all the part numbers for everything i would need to a oil feed lien for my sr20 with a topmount garrette turbo. Im gonna be getting everything from summit racing and wasnt sure everything i needed. Also if someone has time to tell me what i need for the return line that would be great. Thanks
