Hello fellow 240sx owners im swaping out my ka24e for a ka24de. But want to keep my ka24e transmission to eventually swap it for the 300zx transmission. I need to know what moifications is there while perfoming this swap.

Such as Do I need to relocate my engine mounts??? Does the ka24de mount onto the ka24e transmission or is there a adaptor for it????

i believe the transmissions are the same with the exceptions of the bell housings. take the bell housing from the DOHC transmission and switch it over to your SOHC transmission. other than that its 100% bolt on affair.
