Need help with installing new speakers in a 2000 nissan pathfinder.

Hey guys I want to install new front speakers in my pathfinder, is there a way I can take out the cover over the speaker or do I have to take off the entire door pannel? and can any one give me some instructions on wiring where to go through also for a sub whats a good place to run the wires. Any help is apreciated!!!
