what you needing to know, nobody can really hold your hand through the process unless they are there, it is really straight forward.

pull the old motor out, put the new motor in, hook up all of the plumbing, fuel lines, radiator, heater hoses, follow the wiring diagrams shown in the faqs, (literally like a dozen wires at the most)

double check your work

start the car, set timing according to the FSM, drive.

i don't know if http://www.heavythrottle.com still has a website, but there was a sticky with a sr20det engine install, that install guide is mint...it's 99.9% of everything you'll need...i just checked, it's still there, under sr20det install faq, bottom left hand margin of the page...just follow the instructions they give and your there...email me if you've got a specific question

the phyical part of moving the motor is easy, you'd probably understand while you take the motor out of the clip. The wiring is really simpling, just about 3 plugs? someone posted a link to heavythrottle, go there. Its REALLY simple even if you'ren ot mechanically inclined since most of the stuff you do is follow the colors. Unless you're color blind of course.
