hey everybody. this my first post on this forum so i hope you guys can help me out. i have been working on a 240sx s14, rb20det. i have the swap complete but i am having a problem getting it to stay running. its is something with the injectors. i have 58psi in the fuel lines so i know its not the pump. fuel is getting to the injectors, and i have tested the plugs for a pulse and i have a pulse. the injectors are clicking when i use the stethoscope. but i am not getting fuel to the cylinders. the tips are dry. it only starts when i spray starter fluid into the intake tube. could it be that the injectors are clogged? i soaked them in a cleaning solution and solvent. could they still be clogged or might they just be bad?

60 psi is ideal. so 58psi is great. i am sure i have the lines on right. intake line comes out of the filter into the regulator line

who told you thats ideal? rb's run low 40's.

and what?the line with the filter goes to the rear of the ruel rail. the line to the regulator is the return.

43.5 PSI is ideal. As Kamin said, make sure the lines aren't swapped. VERY common issue. AS to the injectors being clogged, send them off to be cleaned properly. Unless ghetto is the way you like to do stuff, it's cheap insurance against a lean cylinder or two. I used http://www.witchhunter.com/ to clean mine. EXCELLENT service, fast turn around and provides a before and after flow sheet along with any data he gathers on the injectors performance. They will come back with new o-rings as well.edit, I see that you answered the line hook up question..nvm..

The line off the regulator should go to the return line. 37 psi with the vac line off.

There should be two plugs in the transmission, one to fill and one to drain. They should be the only two plugs take a 1/2 ratchet to remove.
