Need help with idle problem

my s13 daily driver (automatic for now) has a weird problem. after the car is fully warmed up, if i sit at a red light in drive it bogs down like it's gonna stall.as soon as i put it in neutral or park it idles normal. it also runs fine in drive as long as it is moving. i have searched the board and cant seem to find anything on this and was wondering if anyone else had this problem. thanks for the help.

On my old automatic S13, I had the same thing happen to me, mines much worse, it would actually stall if you don't put it in neutral and rev the engine. It turns out my grounding blows so I replaced all my ground wires and added a few more with 4 gauge battery cable and it solved the problem. You should also check other minor things such as your distributor rotor and cap, plugs and plug wires, fuel filter, air filter, vacuum leaks, etc.

thanks, i figured that it was something like that. i been going nuts checking everything for vacuum leaks and my ignition for bad parts. the car has 203k miles on it so i guess i really cant complain. thanks for your help!
