Need help with idle.cold idle rough perfect when warm

When car is cold idle is low like 200-500rpm if I try to drive it like this it hesitates horrible.. The problem goes away when warm but dont wanna wait 10 min every damn day..the things I've done are clean maf.throttle body.in the process of cleaning out intake system with sea foam right now cars a 95 240sx ka24de
I'm thinking egr fuel filter or vacuum lines..i am a noob at this only have had this car for 6+months..oh and I have used the search button all the issues are all different than mine

I don't know if you'll know or not, but is it running rich or lean when cold?

When mine was acting up, I changed the o2 sensor and both coolant sensors to make any difference.
But before you start throwing parts and money at the problem, is the car throwing any codes?

Yeah it threw up the iac valve code put some seafoam through the intake to iac valve..didn't wanna take off the manifold to get to it

Hi, you can get the IAC out without taking the manifold off. There should be some nice write ups with pics online. When I had my first 240 it would always stall on deceleration. I did most of the things you tried and also gave the IAC a cleaning. It was pretty nasty in there. Something fixed my problem between cleaning the intake/maf/throttle/& IAC. Good luck.
