Need help with GT30r Oil/Water lines

Ok I'm doing my GT30r 56 trim with a full race manifold blah blah and I'm in need of oil/coolant lines for its. I went to a custom hose shop and out of the 4 that I need they were only able to make me the coolant in line. Nobody online that I can find has the 12x1.25 -3an male to go in the block. If someone can make a list of all 3 other hoses and parts I'm gonna need for oil in, oil return and coolant return you'd be sick as hell and I'll give you a ride in my car or something haha. I paid almost $100 for one coolant line thanks alot.

I really don't know, but do you think you could make the takamotorsports.com lines work. They are made from earl's ss line and fittings.
