ok, so i am getting a FPR setup for my Rb20det. I see there are the nisomo upgrade fpr's and also the universal with the gauge built in. Wich one should i go with? if i do go with the nismo.... do i just cut the gauge in between the fuel filter and the FPR?? What should my fuel pressure be? my car is an s14 with rb20det 5spd with auto ecu, walbro 255 pump, intake, 3'' custom downpipe, no cat, Hks exhuast, small FMIC, stock turbo, stock boost.Right now, i am running way advanced timing , otherwise, the car stumbles off the line and there is no power when flooring it. my car is fastest at around 1/2-3/4 throttle. thats kinda why i think its running rich. if the fpr doesnt help, i will end up taking it to a shop to see if maybe the t-belt was installed incorrectly or maybe slipped a tooth.

I have a nismo afpr for the ka and SR. It works fine, Ive heard that it needs to be bent just slightly to fit but I had the shop do it when they put the motor in. If I remember correctly I set it to 37psi.

The way I did the gauge is I bought extra fuel hose (doller per foot at schucks) and clamps and put a b&m gauge into a fitting I bought from summit inline above the filter. I didnt have any teflon tape so it leaked just barely. What I ended up doing is putting the gauge version of tthe line in...setting the pressure, then swapping it back out for the normal line again.

What this means for you is If you want you can swing by my house after you get the fpr and borrow the line I have with the gauge inline for the day. All Id want in return is some teflone tape wrapped around the gauges thread.

Let me know if you wanna borrow it I'm in SeaTac.

NISMO fpr worked just fine for me. Pressure should be 36psi with the vac line off ( I believe). And I just threw in a $20 fuel pressure gauge from Jegs inline before the fpr.
