Need Help with Fan/AC

So recently I realized that my fan blows by itself to the windshield and the floor for no reason. This is with the AC/FAN mode on OFF. And when I tried to run the AC I can only run it at High it won't change at all.

I have read the FAQ but I don't really know what to do.

I tried explaining this to the inifinity dealership but they just insisted on me paying 160 for a full check.

I really want to try and fix this myself before taking it to the dealership.

so please is there anything or anyone out there that can help me with this please?
