need help with engine swap

i just put a napz engine in my 87 hardbody single cab,the engine was from a datsun 720 truck with a five speed trans,but my truck was a 4 speed,originally is it possible to put the datsun five speed in my 87 hardbody and is it going to be alot of work in modifing it and the 720 truck has a different type of carburetor and none of my plugs match up is that going tp be a problem,one main problem i'm having is the distributor from the 720 has power wires running out of it how do i hook that up.

well... for one i don't think your transmission will match up to the Z24

yah thats the distributor i have but how did you hook up the wires coming out of it,not the plug wires but the ones coming out the bottom of it theres 4 of them red,black and so on,where do i run those to.thanks

4-spd to 5-spd conversions are possible in the situation. A Z block is a Z block.
