need help with engine purchase

i have a 97 240 and i am getting ready to buy a s14 sr20det. i have bought engines before through some distributers whick i was very dissapointed with, being that sensors were broke wrong ecu and very vital parts were missing or removed by that company. i am just asking were would you go to get a clip or complete swap. i searched the forums everywhere and couldn't find anything. so if you could please list where you got your swap or clip from cause i am undecided on to whom i should go with.

i cant help you much with this seeing as i will most likely be staying NA.. but..
