Hey,

I basically have the entire install finished, but I cannot for the life of me get the vaccum port and crank case port ducts to stay connected. I followed the directions perfectly, but if you tighten the clamp it merely slips off the Takeda tube (smooth metal). If you leave it loose it is...loose.

I was thinking about putting some painters tape around the metal to give it traction. Any other ideas?

For anyone who may come across this issue: Painter's tape did the trick but I will be getting radiator hosing to replace the hose Takeda gave me and also use proper radiator hose clamps. Until then, the tape does the trick.

I had this problem too, i emailed them and they told me just to wipe the inside of the tube with a cloth and it should stick on much better.
