the problem with my 240 is that it starts and runs but no electrical works at all, only the headlights work. but no power to the dash or no signal lights, brake lights, nothing. I took apart my dash went through most of the wires. took apart my sr harness went through that also. cant find nothing. checked the fuses. dont know how to check the relays though. could it be the ECU?? if anyone can help. please do so.

start from the red plug on the battery and work backwards with a volt meter. it could be one of the main fuses or relays in the fuse box. check the fuses by removing them applying power to their coil (use 2 leads from your battery) and test for continuety on the normally open or normally closed side. there will be a schematic for them on the top of the fuse. if you need help with understanding that, just ask.

How can I test them? Sorry, I suck at electricals. I traced all the wires already, so im pretty sure it might be the main fuses. A buddy of mines said for me to check the main fuses too. do i just use a volt meter on them too??
