need help with electrical problem

Hey, i just hooked up an apexi safc neo up and for some reason it is on when the ignition is off, which it shouldnt be. I hooked one up on my other car and it was fine. Also when the ignition is off there is no power to the car, like the auto seatbelts wont open with the ignition off. Im guessing its related. I bought the car alst week and couldnt figure it out but im wondering could it be that the harness is hooked up wrong? and if so which wires should i check the connections on?

Were the seat belts working before you hooked up the safc?Check all your fuses make sure they're not blown. Maybe a bad ground and maybe you hooked your safc up to a constant power supply

you need to find out where the Neo is getting power from. it should be getting +12V from the ECU and Ground from ECU as well. get a pin-out of your ECU and find 12V and ground.

i know i hooked it up right, i used apexi's diagram and i did it on my other sr'd ecu and had no prob, i think there is an issue witht he harnness wiring, because i was looking and some things seemed off...
