Need help with digi display swapped analog

I got a digi cluster and hud today to replace my analog everything seems to turn on the right side and the tach works. The digi display dosnt come on or the lights on the cluster and teh time and stuff. I knwo teh lights are fine from the analog. Can anyone give em a clue on what i can look for so i can get it working. Thanks. backwards connection? Ok thanks in advance!
