need help with car! stutters when gas is applied!

Ok so i just got my car back from the mechanics cause i needed the t cover replaced along with the chain guides on the stock ka24de engine but they also replaced all my fuel injectors and the wires to them not to mention the guides chain radiator and also the camshaft only problem is now every time i drive and get to a stopped position and try to take off again most time the car lags and dies or lags rally bad then goes it shifts perfectly into the other gears however and its not the fuel pump cause that's putting out more than 12 pounds so my theory is that they messed up on the wiring to the fuel injectors. and other ideas?

I don't think the motor will even run on 28 pounds the stock specs are 38-43 psi I believe

has the car been sitting for a while?i have the exactly the same problem

well its only 12 pounds but it has been siting for a while but when i mess with the wiring it starts again and runs perfect so i think there may be a short in the harness but im not to sure
