Need help with blower motor in an 03 Q45

I removed the blower motor from under the dash and found that the fan part is wobbling when running and making a screeching noise against the motor mounting screws. Can I remove the fan from the motor and fix it or do I have to buy a whole new assembly? I can't seem to get the fan part off of the motor shaft.[IMG][/IMG]

Per FSM, the blower motor and fan is one assembly. Even online stores sell them as one assembly. Our NICO sponsor, IoS (Infiniti of Scottsdale) has it for a discounted price of $178.28, cheaper than other online stores.
