Hey guys...... Picked up a SR engine without the turbo intake set up. I had some credit at a local shop and picked up the Apexi Super Suction turbo intake. After I get it home and pulled everything out, I noticed it only fits if using the Z32 maf. I planned on running the SR at stock levels. I have a SAFC left over from my KA-T set up. Can I run a Z32 maf using the SAFC and leave all levels on the SAFC at 0? Is there a way around this or am I better off taking the filter kit back??Thanks.....

The SAFC works by tricking the CPU with altered voltages from the MAF, running it with the settings at zero is the same as not putting it in at all.

Thanks for the reply. I was thinking "maybe" I could use it set on the z32 maf setting (The IN-OUT settings.) and keep every thing else set at 0. Oh well it was a thought.

Buy the right coupler and you can use it on a stock s13 maf...Thats how im running my apexi intake right now...Your going to need a 3.5" to 2.5" coupler.

How do I go about bolting up the filter to the maf? They dont seem to line up.
