NEED HELP WITH AFTERMARKET RADIO

Ok, so I have an aftermarket radio installed and I also have a amp installed. They were done by the "pros". The problem is that when i turn off my car and remove the key, the head unit will shut off for about 3-5 secs and then power back on. without my key in the ignition and yes even after i get out close the doors and lock them and return to my car 10 hours later. I have disconnect the head unit and i used a 12 v tester and stuck it in the wire harness to see which wires were live and the battery (yellow wire) was live which i believe is supposed to be but the a/c wire (red wire) is also live when the car is off.

Also the amp stays powered on as well when the car is off and the key is removed from ignition. ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED -Thank you

Usually the red is your +12V that goes to the battery (always live) and the yellow is controlled by the ignition switch. It sounds like they are backward?
