Need help with a Q45 transmission ?? Clicking

My moter locked up when it was at 7k and inbetween 1st and 2nd. New moters in and i only have 3rd gear and theres a Clicking sound from the transmission so i buy a biult 300z tt transmission and it still has a click with the key on i unplug the TCU and it stops is the TCU broke the New transmission needs a imput shaft off my old transmission so i don't know if it works please let me know.Thanks

Wow, any maintenance history? What year is your G50 (I presume)?

Sounds like you are in fail safe mode. Have you performed AT diagnostic per the FSM?

well the moter is jdm it had a diffrent head on it the crank case sensor was diffrent so i used that harness. The Ecu fit and it sound and runs stong . but the transmission was stuck in 3rd no O/d or first and second . how do you get it out of safemode???? I hear a silinoide click with the old transmission and this new one It came out of a 300z theres also a sensor that goes though the pump that the new transmission has no hole for i spent a lot on this new one its fully built , any idias
