Need Help With A Dent on Rear Quarter Panel and Rear Bumper

The other day my mom got upset about something and decided to go outside and take the gate and swing it closed as hard as she could,

without her realizing my car was right there and it nailed my rear driverside quarter panel and my rear bumper, it left dents, but not too bad, but bad enough that you can see.

now my question is

what could i do to get it fixed?

how much am i looking to spend on getting it fixed?

and

where in long island is there a reputable place that would do it for a reasonable price?
