need help with 94 sentra se-r.. poping noise form intake manifold..

i have a nissan sentra 1994 with 110k miles on it.. motor will start but theres a poping noise comming from the intake manifold? sounds like someone lighted a fire cracker an threw it in the intake manifold.. could anyone tell me whats wrong? car starts but poping noise and the car cant be driven anywhere..

sounds like a backfire coming into your intake, which means you got a valve stuck open, looks like you need at the least a lifter at most a head rebuild
