Need Help with '93 J30 Diff in '95 240

I have a 93 j30 vlsd. Can i take the actual differential out of the j30 rear end and swap the gears with my 4.10-4.11 gears and put the whole diff. into my 240sx rear end and it'll work? Thanks for ur replies.
