need help with 91 240sx headlight problem.

as the title says i never notice that my passenger side high beam light dont work but the low beem works i thought it was the light bulb and replace it and still dont work so i test the power for the high beam wire with a light tester and power output is very low the light bulb on the tester barely lights up... i check the fuse its still good replace the relay and switch and still the same thing can anyone give me a help with this..

I had a similar issue on my 92, my driver's side light would only work on high beam, not low. Got pulled over several times, anyways. For me it turned out to be the headlight switch. Check the voltage in the switch.

i replace my light switch and still the same problem the switch that i replace came off a known good 92 240sx and the relays too i dont see any problems with my fuse cause theyre not blown.

found out the problem... the wire on the harness for the high beam was short i mean the wire was fry so i just ran another wire and getto rig it now it works fine...
