Need help with 5 speed swap

I have a 95 S14 and I just installed the clutch pedal. Now I have some sort of an ECU box with a bracket that now will not fit where it used to because it his the pedal assembly. Is there a new place to mount this? what is it for?

That is box is part of the auto..forget off hand what exactly. But you remove it I think 2bolts and angle it up.. You don't need it.

So can I just unplug it? Can I also remove the wires back from the loom?

Yes you can unplug it and I just zip tie the loom out of the way. Same deal for all 3 5spd swaps I've worked on.

once unplugged it will make you throw lots of codes if you dont have a 5 speed ECU, just FYI

That is your ASCD , its basic tells the ECU what gear the automatic trans is in. You don't need it but if you want to get rid of CEL's you need to jumper it. There's a walkthrough around here somewhere. I do believe (but not 100% sure) that it also controls the cruise control. Again not necessary but rewiring it gets rid of the CEL's it throws and pretty sure it gives you cruise control back.

I don't know how to jumper it. I know that I don't have the box, but I do have a 5 speed ECU, no CEL, and cruise control working
