okay, ive searched and i see that you can use the NA z32 rear hubs for the swap but not the front. i have access to a z32 and the parts are free. so is there any way to make the front hubs work on an s13? thanks

No there are very very different, but take the rear uprights and all of the brakes.

j30 works...after some work.you have to cut a new retainer clip groove and then press in s13 bearings.if you have acces to a lathe and press. do it. im probably gona end up doing it that way.

The only bolt on options for S13s are Attain/GTO (not the s***ty GM car, but the Japanese brand) front hubs, Ichiba or S14 (only if you use the S14 knuckle, lower control arm and S14 tension rods)

I used z32 NA rears, and bought new OEMs for the front. That's the best way to go 5-lug imho

Hey Dazzla, my BC bud, where did you get your z32 NA hubs from? And what about the new S14 front hubs? Let me know, thanks.

Actually to convert the front end to 5 lug using the s14 parts, you only need the knuckle with the lugs. If you can't get the control arms too, you need to get s14 lower ball joints pressed into your lca, the shaft is different on the ball joints, but the lca's are the same, as are the tension rods. The biggest problem I ran into when converting mine over was getting some type of spacers for the knuckle's upper mounting bolts. The holes for the strut mounts are larger on the s14 than they are on the s13, so you will either need to retrofit some spacers(what I did), or drill out the holes on the strut(what my buddy did). Cheaper does not equal easier.
