Need Help with 5 lug conversion and GTR32 brake conversion.

I guess to avoid double posting on similar topics I decided to mesh these two problems/questions together. Although I will be doing the 5 lug conversion first.

First off, I have (2) S14 zenkis (one SE and the other not) I would like to swap the SE 5 lug into my non-SE 4 lug 240sx. The reason being is my SR is in the 4 lug 240.

I've tried searching...but just to be safe, since I am not much of a mechanic but would like to give it a try as I just bought a new set of tools. (Air compressor, air tools, etc...) For the 5 lug conversion for the S14 to S14 I can just do a straight forward swap? Just swap over the hubs and rotors? Will I need anything pressed? Or is there anything else I've left out?

Second question: I will be converting the brakes to GTR32 brakes. I've heard that the z32 and GTR 32 brakes are the same. Is that true? Luckily I haven't ordered my coilovers because will I need z32 compatible struts for the rear?
