"Hi I have a 2008 nissan titan my wife went to the store drove fine. She gets back in starts it and it dies she starts it again and takes off and it wouldn't accelerate past 10mph the word slip came up on the dash as well as the check engine light . She made it home killed it so I could look at it and it hasn't started since. Need help please!

The slip light may be brake related. Check the fluid level, pads, possible abs sensor. As far as the truck not starting, get a code scanner and see what codes are causing the check engine light to come on.
