Need help with 1993 240sx flasher unit

Just bought a replacement flasher unit for my 1993 240sx. The old one burnt out. Anyways, I looked in a Chilton Manual and found the location of the flasher unit however, I cant find it. I have taken my whole dash off and looked for it in the general area the manual said it was, but still nothing. So I put my car back together and now I am just going to see if anyone knows where it is.
