Need help with 07 M45 Sport electrical problem.

Newbie here!

A friend of mine has a brand new M45 and when he starts the car then hits the center okay button on the big round knob, everything freezes up and the air starts to blow warm.

Obviously he is taking it in to get repaired immediately but has anyone heard of this and if so, what is the fix?

New one on me... You might want to post this in the M35/45 forum too. Sounds like a software glitch. Just be glad it doesn't give you the "blue screen of death" a la Windows 98!
