Need help wiring this ignitor... I have searched.

I'm trying to wire in my ignitor chip... the car is so close and it's driving me crazy... anyways, I can't quite figure out how it's supposed to be wired. I have a diagram from srownersclub.com http://srownersclub.com/faq/site/q45.doc but can't make sense of it.

The side of the ignitor with 4 wires coming out is supposed to control the coils I'm assuming through the energizer wires or wires marked E on the coil. The wire colors on the diagram don't match up either, but that's alright, I'll just trace them back so I know which wire is for which coil's energizer pin. However, the connector on the factory harness that comes from the coils has 6 wires, I would assume each energizer plus a ground and a power wire. My question is... what do I do with the additional 2 wires?

Anyone who has some suggestions or maybe knows of a better diagram or has experience with this please chime in as I really want to get this car going soon. Thanks in advance
