The specs of the wheels I want to get are 18x10.5 +22 in the rear and 18x9.5 +22 in the front. Right now the car is at stock height but I will be lowering it about an inch and a half. Will the wheels fit? I do not mind rolling my fenders.

When I was searching for wheels, I was advised from numerous tuner shops that with modifications it "can be done" but was advised to go with offsets much more suited for the car. More than likely you might also have to go with the "stretched" tire look depending on the tire width you're looking to go with. Check out my thread which I have detailed pics with offsets higher and they sit flush with fenders. There is also a thread with how you can calculate and measure to get an idea of how far out they'll extend (search forum). My advice would be to go with less aggressive offsets.

Yep, use the chart and be a little less aggressive, maybe add 10mm spacers if you don't hit the perfect fit which may be the case since there are not many options for the Z32 compared to most anything else. Stick to the correct tire overall diameter and watch your front wheelwell liners at the backs, and lower rear suspension at the bottom contacting the wheel rim as your main fitment issues beyond the obvious ones.

I did 9.5" +22 all the way around, put on 245's to get some stretch, and lowered it low enough to barely make speed bumps with no rolling or pulling and have a little tuck with no rub. HOWEVER, 10.5 in the back WILL require some pulling and fitting.

Check out this link, at the bottom it lists his tire specs (I think they're the same as what you want, you may have even gotten them from here.
