well first off i'm new to nico! so just wanted to say howdy! Seems like a nice community and hopfully i can be a part of it! =)

but now to my problem!

I've got a 1993 240SX fastback (KA24), and just recently it started making a ticking/clicking noise everytime i press on the gas.. but the odd thing is.. it's only when i press on the gas a little bit.. like if i give it about.. hmm lets say a little less that half pedal it won't make the noise at all.. i'm sure it's probably something simple but i can't figure it out?

Any idea's?

Firstly, check timing chain and guides, mine made a "clicking" with acceleration. Doesn't do it anymore since the guides have been replaced. But like he ^ said, not enough information given.

But welcome to NICO anyway. I'm pretty new, too. :D Like it so far.

while you're in there don't forget to get the gunk out of the tensioners (WD-40 should work, according to whoever it was that did the rite up), should tighten up the chain to where it should be

also, on the DEs like you have the lower plastic guides like to break adn it causes a nasty sound. It doesnt sound so bad at first, but then the rattle gets unbearable.
