need help w/ wiring electric fan relay

ok, since my car has had the rb in it....the electric fan has been wired to come on and stay on as its wired straight to an ignition hot wire. It takes like 7 minutes for the car to get up to operating temps. so i bought an electric fan relay from shmucks today and I just want to be sure i am reading the wiring diagram right. from what i gather, i run a 20 amp fuse off an ignition hot wire, run that to "2"then, run a wire from "c"to the + fan wire and ground the fan -. does that sound right? heres a pic of the relay and the wiring diagram. also, what temp should i set this to? I only have the stock guages, so should i set it to kick on just before the needle reaches normal operating temps?

From what im seeing and looking at that diagram you are correct.
