need help w/LSD

i ordered a R200 viscous Lsd from cameron (nightXCZ77) w/half shafts shipped from washington to las vegas for $400. that was over a month and a half ago. i recieved the differential, but it was a week late, and the cover was cracked because fed ex dropped the crate he shipped it in, and re-packed it in a bio-hazard style bucket. i never recieved the half shafts, or proof that he even sent them. the thing is now im stuck with the lsd, and have three things to do.Cameron did apologize for the ****ty transaction and offered me a deal on some brakes. thing is i dont feel like i need to spend more money, and have the chance of getting disappointed a 2nd time to make myself feel more of an idiot than i already have.1) order 2 output flanges for a 300zx (cost at nissan was $150 each) or junk yard.2) switch differential housings, in other words put the r200 lsd in the 240sx stock differential housing. i dont know torque specs or how easy it is, so this is where i need your input.3) sell it for not near the $400 i paid for it. what do you guys think its worth?
