Need help tuning.

My car is running rich. I had to install sr20 injectors in my car because my stock injectors decided to stop working. Anyway I decided to install my apexi safc neo. i went through the setup and everything but now the car will not rev correctly and still runs rich. I tried correction down -20 and it did not make a difference. I set the maf 1in and 4out. So I am lost... need some help thanks.
