im installing my turbo this week but im going to need help getting me threw the initial tuning. i have the greddy emanage without the ingnition harness (will have to get one soon) so i will just be tuning for fuel. i have 370cc sr injectors witch should be a direct replacement. im running a basic t3.t4 turbo my wastegate is set at 1 half bar and i also have greddy profec e01 boost controller. what is the basic setting going to need for my emanage. i know it only lets you tune at 5 rpm points. i just need someone to clue me in so i can get my car to run. thanks you and i know everyones car is different and ur setting will probley not work but just tell the basics of tuning because i dont know were to start.

as far as just getting your car to run, there is a feature in the parameters menu that lets you lean out across the board, it just says "injectors before_____ injectors after _________"

stock injectors are 270cc, so you put that in for the blank in before, and if your running sr injectors (like most people) just put 370 in after. your car should run baisically like normal.

but he needs to add more fuel than stock for boost.

use similar settings as a high throttle safc tune for the same setup

thanks guys. yes i have a walbro. papa smurph. is that option avalable without the software. i only have emanage. i will soon get the network adaptor and ignition adaptor as well as the software for my pc. i will need to tune with only functions on the "blue box". should i start adding the 10 to 20% of fuel as soon as the spool begins gradually adding the higher amount at fulll boost. i think part of my problem is the emanage interface is difficult without a pc becuase its just a bunch of blinky light. how do i set the rpm points. and what do the lights blinking mean. also i have read the manual...twice!

if you have a profec e-01 you can tune the emanage with it, also change all the parameters.

With the profec e-01 you can control your ignition/fuel maps...

Not sure how you do it with e01, but with the software you just input your old injector size and your new injector size and the unit will auto-calculate the new MAF voltage for you... be aware that changing injector size on the blue emanage will alter your timing.

Also, when you are adjusting injector size, make sure that you adjust it in the "additional injector map" and not the airflow map.

With 370ccs and @7psi, you can probably get away with backing your distributor 3-4 degrees and just tune your fuel map with a wideband o2.

My setup is 550ccs with fuel/ignition harness. I retarded timing by 5deg on distributor and added/remove timing on the ignition map where I saw fit... I also modified the additional injector map to add more fuel under boost to get 11-11.5 a/f, all street tuned only with wideband and my laptop.
