NEED HELP TUNING (APEXI NEO)

I HAVE A 97 240, IT HAS A T25 TOP MOUNT (8PSI)SR INJECTORS 255 WALBRO APEXI NEO AND I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO TUNE IT SO ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT. BY THE WAY IM GONNA GET A WIDEBAND AND GO TO THA DYNO BUT REALLY NEED A STARTING POINT SO I CAN GET THE CAR THERE .DOES ANYONE HAVE ONE OF THESE WITH THIS SET-UP IS SO WHAT ARE THE PARAMETERS SET AT .

set it to negative 20 accross the board and limp it to the dyno... dont get into boost, should run till you get there. Just dont be a hero and try to tune with no wideband and if you are not the one tuning and the dyno operator is going to do it I wouldn't wait for purchasing a wideband.
