ok... so the orings are ruled out then. take the ecu and put it in a buddys car. see if you still have the same fuel pump symptoms. you could also go as far as by swapping your fuel rail, and maf to be %100 positive that it is either one of those two things (maf or ecu) or not.

Well I sent my stock ecu out and got it tuned and recieved it today. Installed it and the car fired right up with a relatively smooth idle. The car runs much better with this ecu. I thought my problem was solved but now the car will not rev past about 2000rpm. Black smoke is also coming out of the exhaust when you rev it like it is running rich. Any suggestions are welcome.

You most likely have a check engine light and a maf signal problem.

Thats what I thought, but what could be wrong? Bad Maf? I know it is wired correctly. Vaccum leak? I did not even pay attention to the check engine light, but I will check that out when I get off of work.

A variety of things could be wrong, its impossible to say. The most likely culprits are MAF or wiring, but it could also be that someone shorted out your ECU's MAF drivers when they were trying to wire it up. A blown ECU basically.

It also might not be maf related, but it sounds like it is. Check your codes.

Fixed the revving problem. I had to ground the one chassis ground actually to the chassis. Now the problem I am having is when I turn the car on it revs up really really high, like 4000rpm. It stays there for a while then begins to drop down. It just wont seem to idle at all. When installing the turbo my friend did mess with the iacv screw and the throttle body screw because we were trying to get it running with the messed up ecu that we did not know was messed up at the time. What could cause this problem?
