Alright this morning I changed my spark plugs and drove to work right after, the car drove wonderful. Tryin to leave the job and the shifter is locked in park and is unable to shift to drive. Any fast ideas before the tow to the shop?

Just take the shift lock release plastic plate off thats just to the right of the shifter..... Then you can stick something in there (key, screwdriver... i personally use a golf tee) and it will release the shifter.

That will at least allow you to drive the car... We can diagnose from there.

Alright I released the shifter via shift lock and drove home 18 miles. I ran through every gear and it still shifts normalor maybe alittle slow. Got home shifter is still stuck in the park position

shifter is controlled by a switch that is connected to brake pedal- look up where brake pedal attaches and check alignment and contacts of the switch to start.

Thats what I was going to suggest. However I have a hard time believing coincidences..... But i also dont see how someone could have messed something up while doing the spark plugs to make this happen...

the brake switch is cheap from Joe, id just replace it.
