Need help tracking down a part (spiral cable)

Does anyone know the part number for the spiral cable on a 1995 240sx?

If you don't know what I'm talking about it's that part below the steering wheel that holds the cables for the horn/cruise control/airbag. It's a plastic piece with wires coming out of it.

I have contacted everythingnissan.com and midway to ask for the part but both places seemed to have ignored me. I'll haven't really put any pressure on them yet though.

If these turn out to be expensive does anyone have any other suggestions? like an after market steering wheel? any recommendations/advice?

I tried searching on courtesyparts.com, no luck, what you are looking for is called a clockspring cable, sorry I couldnt be of more help.

Anyone else have any idea on where to get one of these? I'm about to just put the steering wheel back and wire these controls to somewhere else on the car. I'll just leave the air bag disconnected.

The part# is 25554-70F25It is called a steering wire, in section 253.
