Need help to get car started 1989 240sx

I just recently bought a car that was 7 months sitting in the garage...replaced battery, fuel pump, and spark plugs, the car started after cranking a few times. I then turned off the car, now the car wont turn on, it just gives 1 click and thats it. Every time I try to start it I hear a 1 click. I go ok might have been a bad starter, went to discount auto parts bought a new starter, put it in and it doesnt start, it does the same thing and go click.

Im running out of ideas, any help? I just bought a new starter relay but I don't know if this would help.

I searched but I can't seem to find the correct answer. Thanks!

I Determined it wasn't the starter relay....*sigh*...could it be the ignition coil?
