need help timing sohc s13

hey everybody new on nicoclub! i just bought a 90 s13 fastback about a month or so ago and the headgasket blew about a week ago so i bought and installed a full top end gasket set. i took everything apart and put it through the heat wash in my class so everything was off time. i got it all back together and timed it with the cam key up, the crank pulley on the red line, and the distibutor rotor down right pointing to 1 on the cap. it kind of runs but its REALLY rough. i need to know what i did wrong with it ? if anyone could tell me how to do it exactly right i would really appreciate thanx Caleb

Maybe you just need to mess with the distributor a little bit....like while its running

yeah if u have access to a timing gun thats the best way to do it cause u really cant go wrong with that

also i wanted to know if u had the eibach springs for sale off the s14

I only have the head, I messed the bottom end up pretty bad so I just sold it all in parts. Sorry dude

will the head bolt up to my ka24e block cause its all brand new parts?
